A convoy you can dispatch, not negotiate

Problem

Off-road tour organisers need a set number of 4x4s, drivers and equipment for every trip. Deciding fairly who goes, what is still missing and who is owed what was not running on any shared system.

Constraint

Users and servers are in Iran, so pages must not cross a filtered border. One major messenger is unreachable inside the country, so notifications must work over local SMS and a local messenger. Personal documents (licences, insurance, ID) must be handled carefully.

What I built

A fair first-come dispatch queue with invitations and automatic roster finalising; a driver garage checked against a catalogue of local vehicles; document expiry checks; passenger booking with ID checks; settlement and a commission model; loyalty points, referrals and ratings; notifications over SMS and two messengers, with one-tap decisions; built-in support tickets and refusal appeals; a tester feedback loop with a public changelog; and encrypted off-site backups.
